Cancellation Policy

🎥 Filming Session – Policy What’s Included: Filming sessions are held at a shared studio space and require a 2-hour minimum booking. Additional time must be booked as a separate session. Studio Conditions: The studio is generally quiet, but it's shared with other artists and bands. MDL will coordinate with neighboring users in advance, but on rare occasions, unexpected noise may occur. If significant disruptions happen, we will reschedule at the next most convenient time—or offer a refund if necessary. Student Responsibilities: Students must arrive camera-ready. The studio has limited facilities for hair, makeup, or changing. A communal restroom is available, but dressing and preparation must be done offsite unless absolutely necessary. Footage Ownership: Students are encouraged to film on their own device to maintain access to raw footage. If filming is done on MDL’s camera, the files will be transferred to the student and deleted from our device after delivery. Uploading to submission platforms is available for editing clients only.
