Q: What’s included in the Total Package? A: The Total Package includes four coaching sessions, a two-hour filming session (with optional coaching), and professional video editing with up to two revisions. It’s our most complete option for students preparing for college auditions.
Q: How do I schedule my sessions? A: All sessions must be booked through our Acuity Scheduling system. Once you purchase a package, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule each included session. ⏰ Please schedule all sessions up front to ensure availability, especially during peak audition season. Some dates fill up quickly, which helps us keep your process smooth and on track.
Q: Can I reschedule my sessions? A: Yes — within the limits of our studio’s Reschedule & Cancellation Policy, which requires notice at least 24 hours in advance. Q: Do I have to book all sessions at once? A: Yes. This is essential. Booking all sessions at once helps us reserve your spot and avoid gaps in your preparation. We strongly recommend selecting times that align with your regular availability. If you’re unsure about your calendar or encounter issues with the Acuity system, reach out to Hannah for assistance.
Q: What should I bring to my filming session? A: Come fully prepared: dressed, rehearsed, and ready to film. The studio does not provide makeup stations or dressing areas. You're welcome to bring your own recording device, but one will be provided if needed.

What should I know before I Book: You can purchase services individually or as part of the Total Package. Some services (like editing) are only available as add-ons. All booking must go through Acuity—we do not manually schedule sessions via email or text. Be sure to review each policy carefully before making your selections.
